There will be three (3) categories to enter your chili in; HOT, MEDIUM or MILD according to the ‘heat factor’ of your chili, but all chili entries will be judged on flavor and texture. Each category will have 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place winners and one entry will win the ‘over all’ 1^st place prize of $100.00 (cash & prizes)

Chili must be pre-cooked and submitted in a crock pot no later than 1:00pm on 4/12/08. We will supply the power, tasting spoons, bowls, napkins, etc. necessary to test and later sell to the public for a minimum cost. All proceeds will be donated to PAWS.

You must mail in your entry form along with the entry fee of $7.00 by March 15, 2008 to be eligible for our contest to: Chili Cookoff
